On The Road – 5th Edition
ON THE ROAD is an international roadshow designed to identify and support the most promising early-stage startups that are transforming the future of gastronomy.
From Tokyo to Buenos Aires, each stop brings together local innovators, investors, corporates and institutions for a unique day of connection, visibility and knowledge exchange.
The selected startups present their projects, receive mentoring and international visibility, and have the opportunity to continue developing their solutions with the support of the GOe Tech Center.
Profile of participating startups:
- Startups that have validated their MVP in the market and are now in the process of scaling their product or service.
- Focused on foodtech and Gastronomy 360º, developing technologies and solutions that drive the future of gastronomy, with a special emphasis on nutrition & health, sustainability, and deliciousness: Product Development and Culinary Innovation, Consumer Science & Consumer Tech, Precision Fermentation, Clean Label, food-waste and supply-chain solutions, restaurant tech, among others.
- Their product or service should contribute to the transformation of all agents across the value chain: chefs, consumers, managers, producers, distributors, and diners.
- With a committed multidisciplinary team and strong international ambition.
Other desirable aspects:
- Demonstrated product–market fit with recurring clients, growing revenues or strong user metrics.
- Capacity and readiness to raise new investment rounds and scale internationally.
