LABe has launched a digital platform for the HORECA sector, focused on the monitoring, surveillance, and dissemination of new technological solutions, trends, and needs, as well as a portal for digital gastronomy trends, open to the public.

Professionals from the hospitality industry can request access through the LABe-Digital Gastronomy Lab website and will have access to a tool that keeps them up to date with relevant trends for the food and beverage and HORECA sectors.

This platform will primarily focus on the Industry 4.0 sector, identifying its applications in gastronomy and uncovering opportunities for the local industry.

In addition to news and trends, users will be able to consult patent processes, research, and scientific documents related to the industry and relevant to the sector.

This project has been funded by the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, as part of the Digital Gastronomy strategy of Etorkizuna Eraikiz.
